Twelve years ago Wikus tried to arrange his own personal insurance. After having a bad experience himself as a client, Wikus had the epiphany that if you put your client's needs first, and you truly seek to understand their present and future needs, you will be able to provide much better value. Not long after, he undertook to get his qualification and as they say, the rest is history.
